We are offering Homeowners up to 40% off the cost of upgrading their Homes to a high level of Energy Efficiency.

Who can apply?

Anyone with a home built prior to 2011 who is seeking to improve the energy rating.

How to apply?

We are currently accepting applications from homeowners for government funding. If you think that your home may be suitable for this scheme, please contact a member of our retrofit team to discuss the simple application process.

Please note that all homes built prior to 2011 are eligible for funding. Before works commence, your home must have a BER report. Depending on your retrofit package, an independent Air Tightness Test and Technical Assessment may need to be carried out. Our team will be happy to discuss this with you.
