We are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic and talented Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with a minimum of 1 years experience and a valid degree to join our team and continue expanding our company further.

Duties will include the following:

  • Preparation of project costs and evaluation
  • Preparation and management of subcontractors, suppliers and material procurement
  • Responsibility for agreeing monthly valuations
  • Budget control, material management/valuations
  • Tendering for projects
  • Preparing BOQ’s, taking off measurement from drawings


  • Knowledge of MS office/outlook/cubit
  • Capable of working as part of a team

Project Manager

Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Plan and direct retrofit projects from allocation to completion by effective management of contractors
  • Evaluate the progress of all projects, update project plans and take appropriate action to ensure milestones are met and risk mitigated.
  • Generate weekly & monthly management reports of progress highlighting any concerns or risks to senior management.
  • Collaborate with sub-contractors, engineers, architects, BER Assessors and technical assessors to determine the specifications of the project.
  • Ensure the project requirements are identified, understood, and delivered.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach a profitable agreement.
  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with homeowners by way of clear and concise communication both on and off-site.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
  • Supporting colleagues with their daily activities and liaising with customers and subcontractors as required.
  • Requesting and collecting all documents relating to projects and submitting to office on time.
  • Keeping complete and full records of all procedures and actions.
  • Identifying process improvements and lessons learned and implementing for future projects.
  • Monitor and develop subcontractor base.

Essential Criteria:

  • At least 5 years’ construction management experience.
  • Minimum third level qualification in engineering, construction studies, building science or relevant experience
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.

Accounts Assistant

Job Description

As part of our continued expansion, we seek to recruit for motivated accounts assistants to join our accounts team. Our offices are based in Dublin 12, and you will enjoy working as part of a young, dynamic, professional team in a vibrant and expanding company.


  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Creditors – Invoice Posting, payment allocation, creditors reconciliation
  • Debtors – Payment Allocation & debtors reconciliation
  • Bank Postings & Reconciliations
  • Processing Employee Expenses
  • Dealing with Creditors / Suppliers Account Queries
  • Assisting with Month / Year End
  • Carry out Admin duties within the Accounts Department
  • Provide Admin Support to Other Departments
  • RCT & VAT Processing & Returns

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in an accounts assistant or similar role.
  • Quickbooks Online experience is a necessity.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to resolve / solve queries and think outside the box.
  • We seek a proactive and highly motivated person who strives for perfection.
  • You must be able to work as part of a team and take direction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken is a must! You must also posses an excellent telephone manner.
