Technical Account Manager

As part of our continued growth we seek to employ a Technical Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will join our Dublin based sales team and will be the face of our company.

Responsibilities

The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:

  • Establish working relationships with clients
  • Achieve and exceed agreed KPI targets
  • Develop a detailed understanding of, and tightly manage your customer pipeline
  • Structured planning to maximise efficiency and volume of prospects
  • Detailed personal activity management to ensure all working time is focused on maximising customer interaction and ultimately sales levels
  • Work to the highest compliance levels set out by the company
  • Attention to detail completing quotations accurately on behalf of the customer
  • Ability to travel and can provide your own transport

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Provide competitor feedback and industry insight
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling
  • Represent House2Home in a consistently professional manner
  • Daily CRM updates to ensure all information is correct and accurate
  • Sell a solution that delivers value to both the customer and to House2Home
  • Ensure all activities are completed compliantly and in accordance with training provided on internal and external compliance guidelines
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager

 

Qualifications

  • Understanding of SEAI grant scheme
  • Understanding of energy efficiency in the home & associated products
  • Proven success
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Strong organisational skills

  • Work on own initiative and continually looking for ways to improve sales performance

  • Strong written skills for preparing proposals to customers and feedback internally.

Role KPI’s and Measures of Success

  • 100% sales calls and sales volume target achievement weekly and monthly
  • 100% accuracy of data capture and sales entry submission
  • On time reporting of activity, sales, leads and pipeline as required
  • Identify and communicate one new or improved way of working each quarter which will add value to the Business

Package:

  • Basic Salary – €35,000
  • Bonus – €15,000 OTE uncapped
  • Monday to Friday
  • Office and Remote Working
  • Career progression opportunities after 6 months

Junior Estimator Required – No experience needed

We are hiring full time Junior Estimators to join our team. Experience is not necessary but an advantage. Full  paid training will be provided for this role. Starting salary of €15 per hour

Duties will include the following:

– Preparation of project costs and evaluation

– Presenting cost documents to quantity surveyor for sign-off

– Tendering for projects

– Preparing BOQ’s, taking off measurement from drawings

Requirements:

– Knowledge of MS office/outlook

– Capable of working as part of a team

We are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic and talented Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with a minimum of 1 years experience and a valid degree to join our team and continue expanding our company further.

Duties will include the following:

  • Preparation of project costs and evaluation
  • Preparation and management of subcontractors, suppliers and material procurement
  • Responsibility for agreeing monthly valuations
  • Budget control, material management/valuations
  • Tendering for projects
  • Preparing BOQ’s, taking off measurement from drawings

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of MS office/outlook/cubit
  • Capable of working as part of a team
