Case Study

In 2021, Keith Kenny purchased a house in Dublin only to quickly realise its cold and damp conditions, resulting in constant heating usage. Seeking a solution, he turned to Energia and House2Home for a deep retrofit.

The process was straightforward, with simple paperwork and a single point of contact at House2Home. The comprehensive retrofit included upgrading windows and doors, adding underfloor insulation, installing underfloor heating, fitting a heat pump and insulating the attic.
