This scheme is open to all private homeowners whose property is a BER rating of C3 or lower and was built prior to 2011.

House2Home is offering a Home Energy Assessment at a discounted rate of €350. This special price includes the SEAI grant application, which will be handled on your behalf by House2Home. Plus, if you proceed with a retrofit through House2Home, the full €350 cost will be refunded to you!

No. The Energia support is available to all those who complete eligible work as part of this scheme. It is not necessary to be an Energia customer.

In total, grants of up to €35,000 per home are available from the SEAI as part of this scheme. In addition, Energia will provide additional financial support to those who complete eligible work as part of this scheme. It is not necessary to be an Energia customer.
