Step 2: Initial Consultation

Our retrofit advisor will arrange a call to conduct a preliminary assessment of your home, offer cost estimates, delve into grant funding discussions and walk you through the subsequent steps.

Step 3: Home Energy Assessment

The next step on your energy upgrade journey is a Home Energy Assessment. This will give you all the information you need to improve the warmth and comfort of your home. Our HEA comes at a market leading price of €595. This includes your BER, technical assessment, upgrade plan and detailed quote.

Step 4: SEAI Grant Application

We’ll handle all documentation on your behalf and submit the grant application for you. Your grant will be deducted upfront at the project’s outset, allowing you to immediately reap its benefits.

Step 5: Home Energy Report

We propose a tailor-made package of measures designed to elevate your home to the esteemed House2Home standard. This package encompasses detailed cost breakdowns and confirmation of the available grant funding amount.
